Emery & Stacey's Wedding

This was my 1st wedding and boy was I nervous. Emery and Stacey were so gracious. I was smart enough to meet them the day before to get an idea of where it would be held. It was a good thing because they were going to have to have it inside because of rain and I wasn't comfortable using my flash yet. So I did some test shots and spoke with them about what type of shots they wanted. The day of the wedding I arrived 30 minutes early to do more test shots and by wedding time my nerves had calmed. It was so much fun, I can't wait for my next wedding in May.

Victoria

I wanted to do a fun shoot with color, so I looked up images of Seniors. Senior pictures are so fun and a little edgy, a form of photography I would really love to get into. Very color full and sometime taken at odd angles. Victoria was gracious enough to be my model.

Dena and Family

My friend Dena was gracious enough to let my do my 1st family portrait session using her family. I knew her girls, Deja and Tianna from when I used to be a Girl Scout leader. She also has a 10 month old son, Travis and her husband, Travis. The weather was questionable, but I gave it a shot as her husband is not home every weekend, but he was this weekend. Even though we had cloud skies I think the pictures came out pretty good for my 1st time. As a bonus this was my 1st shoot with a baby.

Elizabeth at the Railroad

I had been wanting to do a session at the RR Tracks for quite some time now. The day before I drove around West End till I found the perfect spot. When Elizabeth and I got there we heard a train whistle off in the distance, not what I was expecting, so we sat back and waited for the train to go by. This was a little to close for comfort for me and Elizabeth. Even though we were a little shaken up we still made the best of the shoot and best of all had fun.
